Refund policy

We are happy to offer a 3 day exchange period on all our products as long as they’re sent back in their original packaging* and condition. The said exchange will also be reviewed by our team to understand the reason for the same and then the return process will be initiated. The customer must contact Clementine within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a return. This can be done through our contact us page.

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting returns or making refunds on any items unless they are faulty* by make.

Please also note that any products bought during a sale or by using a promo code cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
